Instead of having a gettext po file for each language encompassing whole
obliquid, now there is a po file for each module. This approach leads to
some overlaps, but makes translations more manageable and easy.

Traditional Chinese PO file moved here from zh directory. Who could
immagine that one day we would have both Traditional and Simplified
Chinese?
