This is the entry point for somebody who has permission to assign groups/roles to

any security object. It does not check to verify access to the object first

user_groupassign_usr [line 46]

void user_groupassign_usr( )

Special function for to allow a user to change the authority to a particular

security object. The user MUST have authority to the object before we will let them change it. They CAN "shoot themselves in the foot" and remove their access to the object. Then they will need to contact the administrator who can access all security objects to give it back
