Changes the current theme and saves it in the session.

This drop down menu is activated with javascript onchange event. When a change occour, the new theme is saved in $_SESSION["_obtheme"] Input variables: $_GET["id_theme"] number id of the chosen theme $_GET["goto"] string the REQUEST_URI, used to keep the same page session variable: $_SESSION["_obtheme"] string path of the current theme
